About the Role
gpac is seeking an Entry Level Recruiter to join our fast-paced work environment. Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
- Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s).
- Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements.
- Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials.
- Cold call, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews.
- Assist in the negotiation of job offers.
- Conduct reference checks on candidates.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates.
- Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
- Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset.
- Effective negotiation skills.
- Successful completion of gpac training and all training requirements.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, goal-oriented, competitive spirit.
Qualifications
- A degree is preferred but not required.
- No previous recruiting experience is required as proper training, tools, resources, and support are provided.
