About the Role
The Full-Time Cashier's priority is to assist customers during the checkout process and uphold brand and execution standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet all customers as they enter the store and ensure they have the best shopping experience possible.
- Complete all transactions quickly and accurately.
- Offer the Protection Plan on all eligible products.
- Offer the credit card on all customer transactions.
- Assist with team tasks such as putting away product or executing price changes.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Flexible availability and willingness to work some weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to lift 70 Lbs.
- Service-focused mindset.
Qualifications
- Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer service experience admired, but not required.
- A love of tools & equipment.
Compensation: $13.00 - $18.90 hourly, personalized based on skills, experience, and location.
This is a full-time position.
Incentive pay is available for selling protection plans and credit cards.
Daily Pay option available.
