About the Role
Flex is seeking a Senior Analyst - Logistics to join their team in Pune, India.
Key Responsibilities
- Process purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
- Procure ad hoc rates for air, ocean, and express freight.
- Manage rate validity and variable rates.
- Manage and maintain transportation analysis and decision support systems.
- Manage Transportation Rate Benchmarks.
- Prepare Monthly Site Metrics and Logistics Savings Plans Reporting.
- Develop rate databases.
- Maintain Global Transportation Rates with suppliers.
- Manage contracts.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in ERP/P2P systems such as BAAN, SAP, or Oracle.
- Mandatory knowledge of computer software applications, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 0 to 2 years+ of supply chain / Logistics experience.
- Excellent stakeholder service skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and consistently meet challenging performance targets.
