About the Role
The Legal Intern role at Magsmen Strategy Consultants is an on-site internship based in Guntur West. The intern will support the legal advisory function by assisting with legal research, analyzing legal issues related to brand and business strategy, and preparing and organizing legal documents under supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with legal research.
- Analyze legal issues related to brand and business strategy.
- Prepare and organize legal documents under supervision.
- Draft basic agreements.
- Review contracts.
- Summarize regulations.
- Prepare case notes or internal memos.
- Collaborate with consultants and other team members to align legal perspectives with broader business and brand strategies.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- On-site work required in Guntur West.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a consulting environment.
- Ability to work with confidential information.
Qualifications
- Foundational skills in Law and ability to identify and analyze Legal Issues relevant to business and brand strategy.
- Skills in Legal Consulting, including providing research-based inputs and supporting legal advisory engagements.
- Skills in Legal Document Preparation, such as drafting, reviewing, and formatting contracts, agreements, and internal legal memos.
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Enrollment in or completion of a law degree program (LL.B or equivalent) is preferred.
- Attention to detail.
- Sound ethical judgment.
- Interest in the intersection of law, business, and brand strategy will be considered an advantage.
