Project Manager Intern

Role Overview

Student Kare is seeking a Project Manager Intern to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects. The intern will work with technical, product, marketing, and operations teams to track progress, manage timelines, and help deliver project goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with team members to assign tasks, clarify requirements, and follow up on progress.
• Maintain project trackers and task boards to keep priorities and deadlines visible.
• Organize team meetings, record minutes, and track action items.
• Support sprint planning, backlog updates, and project review meetings.
• Identify delays, dependencies, and blockers, and escalate them to the reporting manager.
• Prepare weekly progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation, including requirements, decisions, and change requests.
• Coordinate testing, collect feedback, and track issues through resolution.
• Support product launches, onboarding activities, and project handovers.
• Suggest improvements to team workflows and project coordination.

Preferred Skills

• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Basic understanding of project management and Agile practices.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and follow through on assigned tasks.
• Interest in digital platforms, student services, and technology projects.
