About the Role

A Royal Leisure & Co. is a boutique luxury travel and experience design company specializing in deeply personalized journeys across India. They design private, meaningful experiences that go beyond standard travel packages, focusing on exceptional stays, cultural immersion, wellness, nature, and rare access.

The Sales Intern will support the sales team in promoting A Royal Leisure & Co.’s bespoke travel experiences and nurturing client relationships. This full-time, on-site role in Navi-Mumbai involves assisting with lead generation, preparing sales presentations, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with lead generation.
• Prepare sales presentations.
• Maintain accurate records in G-suite.
• Respond to client inquiries.
• Help qualify prospects.
• Collaborate with the team to tailor travel proposals to client needs.
• Coordinate with operations and marketing.
• Contribute to sales reports.
• Participate in internal training to learn about the company’s offerings and sales processes.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Comfort working on-site in Navi-Mumbai.
• G-suite (for record maintenance).

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and colleagues.
• Customer Service capabilities to handle inquiries professionally, manage expectations, and support a high-touch client experience.
• Foundational Sales skills, such as lead follow-up, prospect qualification, and support in closing opportunities.
• Interest or experience in Training and Sales Management support, including learning sales tools and assisting with internal sales coordination.
• Fluency in English.
• Additional languages (especially German) are an advantage.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Genuine interest in luxury travel, cultural experiences, and personalized service.
