This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Hyderabad, with some flexibility for work from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with market research.
• Help develop and implement marketing strategies.
• Support sales and customer engagement activities.
• Prepare presentations, marketing collateral, and digital campaign content.
• Track performance metrics and report insights.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders.
• Learn to use marketing tools.
• Participate in meetings, brainstorming sessions, and client-facing activities.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
• Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills.
• Basic Sales and Marketing skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks.
• Comfort with digital tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
• Familiarity with social media or digital marketing platforms is a plus.
• Current enrollment in or recent completion of a BBA (preferably with a focus on Marketing) or a related business discipline.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting in Hyderabad.
• Demonstrated reliability, initiative, and willingness to learn from feedback.
