About the Role
MEDSCoders is looking for motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Associates to join our US Healthcare Staffing team. This role is ideal for freshers who want to build a career in international business development, client acquisition, and healthcare staffing.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential US healthcare clients, including clinics, medical practices, and healthcare organizations.
- Generate new business leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, online research, and cold calling.
- Contact healthcare decision-makers, including practice owners, HR managers, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Introduce MEDSCoders’ healthcare staffing and recruitment services to prospective clients.
- Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team to support their staffing needs.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with prospective clients to build long-term business relationships.
- Maintain lead databases, outreach records, and follow-up activities.
- Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly business development targets.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Freshers and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.

- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers, email, and internet research.
- Willingness to make outbound calls and communicate with US-based clients.
- A positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida Sector 63 during the US night shift.
