Business Development Specialist

About the Role

Little Feet is a baby care tracking app. Our mission: Tiny Steps · Big Care. We are seeking a motivated and proactive Junior Business Development Manager to expand our reach, build strategic partnerships, and drive user acquisition for our app.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote the Little Feet app among new parents, expecting parents, and parenting communities.
• Identify and build relationships with parenting influencers, mom bloggers, and family content creators.
• Develop partnerships with maternity clinics, baby stores, parenting groups, and relevant businesses.
• Explore referral programs, affiliate marketing, and other app-promotion opportunities.
• Support digital marketing campaigns and initiatives to increase app downloads.
• Conduct market research to identify potential audiences, partners, and growth opportunities.
• Manage outreach activities, partnership follow-ups, and lead pipelines.
• Track key performance indicators, including referrals, campaign performance, and app installs.
• Develop creative and cost-effective strategies to increase brand awareness and user adoption.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, digital marketing, or partnership development.
• Freshers with strong communication and networking skills are welcome.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.
• Ability to identify opportunities, build relationships, and follow up professionally.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
• Interest in startups, mobile applications, parenting, or digital marketing is an advantage.
