About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune District, supporting manufacturing and operations at Wahl Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to daily production activities, including operating equipment.
• Follow standard operating procedures.
• Maintain product quality in line with global standards.
• Adhere to safety guidelines.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to meet production targets.
• Accurately document work.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of equipment or processes.
• Participate in training to develop technical and operational skills.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Manufacturing or production skills: Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work with basic tools or machinery.
• Quality-focused skills: Attention to detail, adherence to inspection and testing guidelines, and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Workplace safety and compliance skills: Understanding of safety practices, use of personal protective equipment, and respect for environmental and health policies.
• Teamwork and communication skills: Clear verbal communication, willingness to collaborate with diverse colleagues, and ability to follow instructions from supervisors.
• Organizational and documentation skills: Time management, record-keeping, and ability to complete production reports accurately.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Pune District, with flexibility for shift work.
