About the Role
This is a remote internship role for a Software Tester at SynexOS. The Software Tester will support the quality assurance process by executing test cases, validating new features, and identifying defects across the platform’s modules. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain practical experience in software testing within a fast-moving product environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing requirements.
- Designing and running manual test scenarios.
- Documenting test results.
- Collaborating with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.
- Participating in regression testing.
- Performing sanity checks before releases.
- Helping maintain clear, organized test documentation.
Qualifications
- Strong Software Testing and Quality Assurance skills.
- Test Execution and Test Cases design skills.
- Solid Analytical Skills for problem-solving and defect analysis.
- Basic understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- Familiarity with web or SaaS applications.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Exposure to bug tracking tools and version control systems is an added advantage.
