About the Role

The Volunteer role at 10kInfo, Worldwide is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

• Support data collection, validation, and organization activities related to global business and financial information.
• Review datasets.
• Assist in basic research.
• Prepare summaries or short write-ups for online platforms.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the usability of data presented on 10kInfo’s websites and social media channels.
• Help monitor user interactions and feedback to identify emerging trends and improve content clarity and accessibility.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic data handling and research abilities, including comfort working with spreadsheets, online databases, and public information sources.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English, with the ability to summarize complex information clearly and concisely.
• Attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing, organizing, or presenting data and content.
• Ability to collaborate in an on-site team environment in Bengaluru and manage time effectively in a full-time schedule.
• Interest in data science, economics, finance, or technology; coursework or prior exposure in these areas is beneficial but not required.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to new tools and processes, and maintain a professional, inclusive approach when working with colleagues and users.
