About the Role

BeatBox Fitness is seeking an energetic and organized HR Recruiter to support its fitness studios in Bengaluru and Hyderabad. This is a Full-Time, Onsite position.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, walk-ins, and website/campaign leads.
• Explain Beatbox Fitness memberships, classes, services, pricing, and offers.
• Understand customer fitness requirements and guide them towards suitable membership options.
• Consistently follow up with new and existing leads.
• Book trial sessions and ensure customer attendance.
• Follow up with customers who cancel or repeatedly reschedule trials.
• Contact no-shows and reschedule trials.
• Convert inquiries and trial customers into memberships.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects until closure.
• Handle existing member inquiries professionally, assisting with class bookings, membership queries, renewals, freezes, and schedule-related questions.
• Provide general studio support.
• Accurately update all customer interactions, calls, follow-ups, trial bookings, and lead statuses in the CRM.
• Maintain temporary lead trackers or sheets and ensure information is updated in the CRM.
• Ensure no leads are missed or left without proper follow-up.
• Coordinate with Sales, Front Desk, Trainers, and Studio Management.
• Support membership renewal and retention activities.
• Follow up on pending payments when required.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate quick resolution.
• Maintain daily reports on leads, calls, trials, attendance, conversions, and follow-ups.
• Support studio events, promotional campaigns, and member-engagement activities.
• Deliver a professional and welcoming experience to every customer and member.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good spoken English.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems, MS Excel, email, and WhatsApp Business.
• Ability to maintain accurate lead and customer records.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven fitness environment.

Qualifications

• 0–3 Years of experience in a related field.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in recruitment and HR are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
• Confident communication over calls and WhatsApp.
• Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
• Basic sales and lead-conversion ability.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and professionally.
• Presentable, energetic, positive, and customer-friendly personality.
• Knowledge of local languages will be an advantage.
