Key Responsibilities
- Assist with sourcing and screening candidates using recruitment tools.
- Coordinate interviews and assessments with the recruitment team.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and records.
- Draft and post job advertisements on various platforms.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments.
- Help organize recruitment events and job fairs.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
