About the Role
The Brand Experience Team is looking for its next Guest Relationship Executive. As a Guest Relationship Executive, you are the face and the host of our sales experiences, the first impression every guest carries home.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome people and ensure every guest and partner feels valued from arrival to departure.
- Guide guests with warmth and clarity, making their journey easy and friendly in collaboration with the Sales team.
- Create a polished, comfortable, and welcoming atmosphere with thoughtful touches of hospitality.
- Maintain composure during busy periods, such as weekends and launch days.
- Anticipate needs and ensure teams across VJ are in sync for guest readiness.
- Observe guest needs and preferences, maintain neat daily reports and records, and use this information to enhance future visits.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience in guest-facing roles.
- Proficiency with Excel, Google Forms, and basic AI tools.
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
- Marathi proficiency is preferred.
Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, hotel management, luxury retail, or events, with a focus on making people feel welcome.
- Demonstrated poise and warmth.
- Comfort in collaborating with different teams.
- A polished personal presentation.
- Warm, confident communication skills.
Location: East and West Pune, on-site.
Schedule: 6 days a week, including weekends and holidays when required.
