About the Role
Join Mission Surya Uday and be part of India's clean energy transition! Mission Surya Uday is hiring motivated Field Executives for our team in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. This is a field-based sales and lead-generation role focused on promoting rooftop solar solutions to residential customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door visits and generate customer leads.
- Explain rooftop solar solutions and their benefits.
- Educate customers about the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana.
- Understand customer requirements and follow up with interested prospects.
- Coordinate with the internal team for site visits and customer support.
- Maintain daily activity records and achieve assigned sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th pass.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with fieldwork and regular travel.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Basic smartphone and WhatsApp knowledge.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
Salary & Benefits
- Freshers: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month.
- Experienced candidates: Salary negotiable for candidates with prior solar sales experience.
