Social Media Management Intern

About the Role

The Social Media Management Intern will support DenZ’s online presence by assisting in planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms. This internship role is on-site in Noida.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms.
• Monitor social media channels.
• Respond to community interactions.
• Track basic performance metrics.
• Brainstorm content ideas aligned with brand campaigns.
• Prepare posts and stories.
• Coordinate with the creative and marketing teams.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Research current social media trends in sustainable fashion and competitors to inform engagement strategies and content improvements.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging channels).
• Basic understanding of content formats such as posts, reels, and stories.
• Content creation skills, including copywriting, basic visual storytelling, and an eye for aesthetics aligned with fashion and lifestyle branding.
• Interest in digital marketing fundamentals, including engagement metrics, hashtags, and audience targeting for brand awareness.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work closely with marketing, design, and production teams on-site.
• Genuine interest in sustainable fashion, denim, and environmentally responsible practices.
• Organized, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, Media, or a related field (or comparable practical experience).
