About the Role

This role focuses on embedding digital transformation in healthcare operations end-to-end, driving superior outcomes and value realization, and enabling streamlined operations for the emerging healthcare market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support the membership base of an organization, including processing applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Maintain accurate member records.
• Enhance member satisfaction and retention through excellent customer service and engagement activities.
• Organize events, communicate benefits, and address member inquiries.
• Coordinate essential documentation and resources for the filing of global applications.
• Understand, manage, and process electronic submissions, including original application filings and Life Cycle Management submissions such as CMC, Ad-promos, amendments, annual reports, and SPL submissions.

Qualifications

• Any Graduation
• 0 to 1 years of experience
• Ability to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Ability to work as an individual contributor as part of a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work.
• This role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
