About the Role

This is a Health Operations New Associate role at Accenture, focusing on embedding digital transformation in healthcare operations and supporting the emerging healthcare market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support the membership base of an organization.
• Process membership applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Maintain accurate member records.
• Enhance member satisfaction and retention through excellent customer service and engagement activities.
• Organize events, communicate benefits, and address member inquiries.
• Coordinate essential documentation and resources for filing global applications.
• Understand, manage, and process electronic submissions, including original application filings and Life Cycle Management submissions such as CMC, Ad-promos, amendments, annual reports, and SPL submissions.
• Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Work with detailed instructions on all tasks.
• Make decisions that impact your own work and are closely supervised.
• Act as an individual contributor as part of a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work.
• This role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
