About the Role
Suroskie Beauty is looking for a passionate Creator Manager based in South India who can speak a South Indian language fluently.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with beauty & skincare creators across South India.
- Source brand briefs and collaboration opportunities.
- Manage creator communication, follow-ups, and campaign coordination.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Candidate with good knowledge of South Indian beauty and skincare creators.
- Fluent in at least one South Indian language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam).
- 1–3 months of experience in influencer marketing or creator management.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
Qualifications
- Experience in influencer or creator management, including sourcing, onboarding, and maintaining long-term partnerships.
- Strong understanding of digital and social media platforms popular in South India, and ability to evaluate creator content and audience quality.
- Skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship-building to collaborate effectively with creators and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, track performance, and present clear reports and insights.
- Interest in skincare, beauty, or personal care; prior experience in these categories is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working in an on-site / Remote, fast-paced environment in Ghaziabad, with willingness to travel within South India as needed.
