About the Role

Simpli:City is a small studio that works on large projects, offering a chance to design without corporate machinery. We focus on finding clarity, restraint, and character in the relationship between space, material, proportion, and detail. We are seeking architects who are passionate about design, excel in technical resolution, and understand project evolution from concept to execution. Our work includes residences, hospitality projects, commercial developments, IT parks, and apartment buildings.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs from concept and design development through detailed documentation.
• Produce accurate, coordinated architectural drawings and models using Autodesk Revit.
• Work on plans, sections, elevations, construction details, material specifications, and other technical documentation.
• Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and project coordination discussions.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other specialist consultants to resolve design and technical requirements.
• Participate in site visits, assess execution against design intent, and assist in resolving site-level queries.
• Collaborate with internal team members and external architecture practices.
• Contribute to maintaining design quality, drawing accuracy, and consistency between intended design and execution.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Autodesk Revit proficiency is essential.
• Understanding of architectural detailing, construction methods, materials, and building systems.
• Ability to translate design intent into well-resolved, buildable architecture.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to manage tasks independently.
• A genuine interest in architecture beyond drawing production.

Qualifications

• A degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent).
• 0–4 years of professional experience in architectural design and documentation.
