About the Role
As a BIM Structural Modeler within multi-disciplinary project teams, you will be responsible for providing drafting support on technically challenging projects. You will create 2D drawings and 3D models, ensuring the technical quality of your work and compliance with project objectives and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on detailed drawings for a range of projects to create 2D drawing and 3D models.
- Support, mentor, and train other members of the drafting team in accomplishing complex tasks.
- Coordinate with project managers and/or engineers for BIM documentation and drafting work in a given project.
- Ensure technical correctness, project standard compliance, and timely delivery of drawings and documents.
- Exercise self-discipline and work ethics.
- Respect and follow company policies and procedures.
- Liaise with Architecture, MEP, and other disciplines.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience in preparing minimum LOD 300 REVIT Documentation (3D and 2D).
- Experience in general arrangement drawings, Composite steel drawings, Structural Steel Drawings, Reinforcement Drawings, and Reinforcement Detailing.
- Familiar with programs REVIT Archi and REVIT MEP for coordination of models.
- Familiar with Navisworks for checking of models.
- In-depth knowledge of building structural elements.
- BIM Knowledge as per best-industry practice.
- Hands-on experience in 3D modelling and scheduling.
- Hands-on experience in multi-D coordination and documentation.
- Hands-on experience in BIM setup for a project and execution and monitoring.
Qualifications
- Experience in preparing minimum LOD 300 REVIT Documentation (3D and 2D).
- Experience in general arrangement drawings, Composite steel drawings, Structural Steel Drawings, Reinforcement Drawings, and Reinforcement Detailing.
- Experience in Precast will be an advantage.
- Must have experience on international projects.
- Self-motivated, team player, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Experience in BIM management as an additional skill will be preferred.
