About the Role

AllianceBernstein is seeking Research Associates to join Sanford C. Bernstein’s Research platform. This role offers a high level of responsibility and empowerment within small industry teams (typically two or three professionals), allowing for significant contributions.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise in a research sector by working with Senior Analysts.
• Develop proficiency in in-depth analysis of industries and companies.
• Learn rigorous financial analysis and build complex financial models.
• Contribute to a highly differentiated written research product.
• Build relationships with company managements, sales, trading, and institutional clients.

Qualifications

• Track record of outstanding academic performance, including honors and awards.
• Academic credentials with test scores and grades typically in the 90th percentile and above.
• Excellent broad-based analytical skills.
• Relentless intellectual curiosity and a drive to excel at the highest level.
• Strong quantitative backgrounds.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to function as a consummate team player in a rigorous and collegial environment.
