About the Role
As a Public Area Attendant, you are responsible for the cleanliness, order, and upkeep of public areas, such as entrance areas, corridors, and common zones at our projects or partner locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Regular cleaning and inspection of public areas.
- Replenishing consumables.
- Reporting damages or irregularities.
- Adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Collaborating closely with the service and facility team to ensure a pleasant and professional environment for clients, respondents, and employees.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong sense of responsibility and reliability in handling order, cleanliness, and safety in public areas.
- Structured work method, good time management, and the ability to efficiently complete tasks independently.
- Basic knowledge of digital tools (e.g., for task documentation, incident reporting, or team communication).
- Willingness to adhere to and implement given hygiene, quality, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- First experiences in cleaning, facility management, or service are desirable.
- Basic German and English language skills for communication in an international environment are desirable.
