Key Responsibilities
- Perform basic job role functions with close supervision.
- Assist experienced employees by performing entry-level tasks.
- Communicate in a professional manner using verbal and written communications.
- Perform basic problem-solving functions.
- Monitor and report on assigned business area measurements as applicable.
- Work in a real-time corporate environment and adapt to the transition from college to corporate world.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- For Technical Apprentice:
- Programming knowledge like, PL/SQL, SQL.
- Programming knowledge like, C, C++, Python.
- A basic understanding of microcontrollers or microprocessors/Power electronics/ FPGA.
- Thorough understanding of lab equipment like DSO and Multimeters.
- Knowledge on MS Office: Basic Excel & PPT is an added advantage.
Qualifications
- 2026 Pass out, Fresh Graduates with 60% Aggregate.
- MCA/MSc IT/BE/B. Tech (IT, CS, Electronics related streams only).
- Students awaiting final semester results may be considered if they have no backlogs and will have their provisional degree certificate at the time of joining.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Demonstrate logical and analytical thinking skills.
- Skill in prioritizing work and multi-tasking.
- Committed and willingness to learn, contribute and grow.
- Process-oriented and a good team player.
Program Details
- Apprentice Program for 1 year (extendable subject to program norms & conditions / convertible to employee subject to performance & availability of roles).
