About the Role
Man Transformation helps men in India improve their online dating and personal growth through short-form content, YouTube, and 1:1 coaching. Video is their primary channel, and they are seeking an editor to enhance talking-head content.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit talking-head Instagram Reels (under 60s), including hooks, pacing, captions, B-roll, and sound design.
- Edit long-form YouTube videos.
- Build motion graphics and text animations in After Effects.
- Collaborate directly with the founder on content performance.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- A portfolio showcasing talking-head or creator-style edits is mandatory.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi.
- Availability to start by 1 November 2026.
The Deal
- Stipend: ₹5,000–10,000/month, based on skill level.
- Duration: 3–6 months, with potential for a full-time role for a suitable candidate.
