About the Role

Shortsqueeze Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Social Media & Community Intern to enhance its digital presence and foster audience engagement. This is a remote opportunity for individuals knowledgeable about content discovery, sharing, and interaction on platforms like Instagram and Reddit.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Instagram engagement, including comments, direct messages, replies, and community interactions.
• Monitor relevant Reddit communities, participate thoughtfully, and identify opportunities for awareness and trust building.
• Stay aware of short-form video trends and support Instagram Reels initiatives.
• Track trends, formats, conversations, and cultural moments across Instagram and Reddit for content inspiration.
• Support content planning and aim to improve audience engagement, reach, and user growth.
• Review performance insights and provide actionable ideas for content and community improvement.
• Maintain a responsive, friendly, and consistent brand voice across all interactions.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong understanding of social media culture, particularly Instagram and Reddit communities.
• Ability to identify engaging content and generate ideas for genuine conversations.
• Good written communication, creativity, initiative, and awareness of online trends.
• Comfort engaging respectfully in public online communities and adapting communication to different platforms.
• Experience creating Instagram Reels or other short-form content is a plus.
• Suitable for an entry-level candidate enthusiastic about digital communities and audience growth.
• Football knowledge is a plus.

This is a paid, full-time, remote internship with a monthly stipend of ₹15,000.

Internship duration is 1 month, with potential for extension.
