Growth Manager (Mumbai)

faff is a consumertech company funded by tier 1 VCs that already works across Bangalore and Bombay. Now we're going neighborhood by neighborhood and hiring one person to own Bandra, Mumbai. This role is akin to Uber's strategy of hiring one person per neighborhood when entering new cities, with the mission to acquire users in a small market, which is the closest experience to being a founder. The objective is to be faff's founder in your neighborhood.

Key Responsibilities

• Own Bandra, Mumbai.
• Acquire 1000 users in 6 weeks.
• Get the budget and freedom to experiment to acquire users.

Qualifications

• Fresher or up to 2 years of experience.
• Proven ability to pull something off from zero before (e.g., an event, a page, a fest, a side hustle).
• Live in Bombay or deeply know the people there.
• Demonstrate understanding beyond running ads for user acquisition.
