About the Role

You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical.

Key Responsibilities

• Determine financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions.
• Boost vendor compliance, cut savings erosion, improve discount capture, and confirm pricing and terms prior to payment.
• Be responsible for the accounting of goods and services through requisitioning, purchasing, and receiving.
• Oversee the end-to-end order sequence of procurement and financial processes.
• Focus on designing, implementing, managing, and supporting accounts payable activities by applying relevant processes, policies, and applications.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing and processing of invoices.
• Manage purchase and non-purchase orders.
• Perform two-way and three-way matching of invoices.
• Implement client account plans through relationship development and opportunity pursuits.
• Monitor existing services to identify opportunities for additional and innovative value to the client.
• Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Receive detailed instructions on all tasks.
• Decisions made will impact your own work and are closely supervised.
• This role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
