About the Role
- Hiring for NRI Sales Executive / International Sales.
- Requires Night & Rotational Shift.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Location: Gurugram, Sector 44.
- Working Days: 6 Days (1 Rotational Off).
- Salary Budget: Fresher - 3 - 3.2 LPA. Experienced get hike on their Last CTC or max 4.2 LPA.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert leads into sales through inbound and outbound calls.
- Promote and sell insurance products to potential clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and support during the sales process.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to meet sales targets and handle objections.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure.
