Curve design is a creative organization focused on delivering innovative design and branding solutions. The team blends strategic thinking with visual creativity to help businesses strengthen their market presence and engage target audiences.

This is an on-site internship role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Bengaluru. The intern will support sales outreach, follow up with leads, and assist in building relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and address inquiries.
• Gather feedback from clients.
• Coordinate with the design team to align solutions with client needs.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations.
• Participate in marketing campaigns.
• Maintain records of interactions and opportunities.
• Assist in organizing training or product demos.
• Contribute to sales planning.
• Support basic sales management activities under guidance from senior team members.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Communication and Customer Service skills.
• Ability to support Sales activities: lead follow-up, relationship building, opportunity tracking.
• Interest or exposure in Training and Sales Management.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfort working on-site in Bengaluru.
• Willingness to learn CRM or sales tracking tools.

Qualifications

• Academic background in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations).
