2 HR & Marketing Interns

About the Role

At Saras Dynamics, we are building innovative technology solutions and expanding our presence in the software, AI, and intelligent automation space. We are looking for two enthusiastic, resourceful, and self-motivated individuals to join us as HR & Marketing Interns. This is an opportunity to prove yourself and potentially transition into a full-time role after three months.

Key Responsibilities

• Human Resources & Talent Acquisition
• Source potential candidates and interns through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, professional networks, and other channels.
• Identify and connect with colleges, universities, placement officers, faculty members, and student communities.
• Support campus recruitment initiatives and build a pipeline of promising candidates.
• Review resumes, conduct initial candidate outreach, and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment progress.
• Assist with interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, onboarding coordination, and basic HR documentation.
• Help strengthen the company's employer brand and promote career opportunities at Saras Dynamics.
• Marketing & Brand Development
• Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives to increase awareness of Saras Dynamics and its services.
• Create and coordinate content for LinkedIn and other relevant digital platforms.
• Research industry trends, target audiences, prospective clients, and market opportunities.
• Support the preparation of company profiles, presentations, promotional materials, and marketing content.
• Assist with social media management, content planning, and audience engagement.
• Identify opportunities to improve the company's online visibility and brand positioning.
• Support outreach campaigns aimed at prospective clients, partners, and potential talent.
• Campus Outreach & Networking
• Visit colleges and universities occasionally to connect with students, placement teams, and faculty members.
• Promote internship and career opportunities offered by Saras Dynamics.
• Help establish relationships with educational institutions for future recruitment and collaboration.
• Support campus networking, career fairs, and other outreach activities as required.

Transportation expenses for approved college and university visits will be reimbursed.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Internship Duration: 3 Months
• Work Arrangement: Primarily Remote
• Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India (Candidates based in Coimbatore are preferred.)
• Joining: Immediate
• Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• An interest in both HR and marketing, with a willingness to learn across functions.
• Confidence in approaching candidates, students, and external contacts.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive, self-motivated attitude and the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to undertake occasional local visits to college and university campuses.
• Familiarity/Tools:
• LinkedIn
• Social media platforms
• Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
• Basic knowledge of Canva or other content creation tools is an advantage.

Qualifications

• A graduate, recent graduate, or student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Preference for candidates based in Coimbatore who can accommodate a future transition to on-site work if required.
