Key Responsibilities

• Managing and supporting the membership base of an organization.
• Processing applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Maintaining accurate member records.
• Enhancing member satisfaction and retention through excellent customer service and engagement activities.
• Organizing events, communicating benefits, and addressing member inquiries.
• Coordinating essential documentation and resources required for the filing of global applications.
• Managing and processing electronic submissions, including:
• Original application filings
• Life Cycle Management submissions such as CMC, Ad-promos, amendments, annual reports, SPL submissions.
• Solving routine problems by following established procedures and general guidelines.
• Interacting primarily with immediate team members and direct supervisors.
• Receiving detailed to moderate instructions for daily tasks and new assignments.
• Making decisions that directly impact individual work deliverables.
• Working as an individual contributor within a team, with a defined and focused scope of responsibility.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good communication skills (clear and effective).
• Strong analytical skills.
• Good comprehension skills.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
• Ready to work from office daily (Chennai, within transport boundary).
• Ability to solve routine problems by following established procedures and general guidelines.
• Ability to receive detailed instructions on all tasks.
• Ability to make decisions that impact own work and are closely supervised.
• Ability to work as an individual contributor within a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work.
• This role may require working in rotational shifts.

Qualifications

• Any Graduation.
• Not from Finance or IT backgrounds.
