Sales Associate, US IT Staffing

Role: Sales Associate (US IT Staffing)

Location: Ahmedabad and Visnagar, Gujarat

Shift: Night Shift | 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities with U.S.-based consultants and clients.
• Explain our services clearly to potential candidates and partners.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle from outreach to closing.
• Lead and attend client meetings via Google Meet.
• Maintain accurate records of communications and pipeline.
• Achieve monthly performance targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate closely with internal recruitment and leadership teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 0 – 2 years of experience in Sales, Customer Support, or US Recruitment.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to research, analyze data, and identify potential opportunities.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
