About the Role

SYORA is seeking a responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to manage their e-commerce marketplace and daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Listing & Catalogue Management
• Create and manage listings on Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, and other marketplaces.
• Upload product images, descriptions, sizes, colours, and pricing.
• Update catalogues and resolve listing errors or rejections.
• Marketplace Operations
• Manage seller dashboards, orders, cancellations, returns, and exchanges.
• Ensure timely order processing and dispatch.
• Coordinate with marketplace support and logistics partners.
• Inventory & Stock Management
• Maintain accurate stock records by style, size, and colour.
• Update inventory across platforms to prevent overselling.
• Conduct physical stock checks and track stock movements.
• Packaging & Dispatch
• Pick, inspect, and pack orders according to brand standards.
• Verify product quality, size, colour, and quantity.
• Prepare invoices, shipping labels, and dispatch documents.
• Coordinate courier pickups and ensure timely shipments.
• Returns & Quality Control
• Inspect returned products for damage, defects, or sizing issues.
• Maintain return records and update inventory.
• Handle exchanges and resolve product-related issues.
• Reporting & Store Operations
• Maintain daily order, dispatch, return, and inventory reports.
• Use Excel or Google Sheets for operational tracking.
• Support daily store activities and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Familiarity with Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, or similar seller platforms.
• Knowledge of product listing, inventory, order processing, and dispatch.
• Basic MS Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Comfortable with both computer-based and hands-on store operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of relevant e-commerce or retail operations experience.
• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Available to work full-time, on-site in Jagatpura, Jaipur.

Preferred: Experience in footwear, fashion, apparel, marketplace seller operations, or order fulfilment.
