Junior Architect

About the Role

This is a full-time Junior Architect role based in Coimbatore with a hybrid work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior architects in developing architectural concepts.
• Prepare drawings and produce detailed design documentation.
• Assist with 2D and 3D design.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders.
• Ensure designs comply with local regulations and building codes.
• Participate in client meetings, site visits, and design reviews.
• Collaborate with interior designers and other team members to integrate architecture and interiors.
• Help manage project timelines.
• Maintain project files.
• Support design revisions based on feedback.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar).
• Familiarity with rendering tools.
• Understanding of Software Development and Integration as they relate to architectural tools, workflows, or BIM environments.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design.
• Basic Project Management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification.
• Eligibility to pursue professional licensure as per local regulations.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup.
• Ability to participate in site and client interactions in Coimbatore.
• Attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn.
• Interest in contemporary architectural and interior design trends.
