Brand Marketing Associate

About the Role

Pacagen is a house of brands focused on disrupting consumer industries through biotechnology-backed products. This role offers the opportunity to help scale organic and paid advertisement channels and partnerships, and to assist with the development of creative content across all channels for Pacagen and RE:YOU. You will be mentored by and working directly with co-founders who have built and sold successful brands. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take on responsibilities within a rapidly growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the team to brainstorm and develop new, creative approaches for advertising that align with Pacagen and RE:YOU’s objectives and goals.
• Oversee development of video content and ads for all Pacagen and RE:YOU’s paid channels, including Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, and Youtube, adhering to best practices for each platform.
• Manage large influencer collaborations.
• Proactively stay on top of trends and best practices for social video platforms, and develop new creative ideas and approaches.
• Create, edit, and resize video & still ads for different platforms as needed.
• Communicate creative needs with the entire team.
• Present ideas on creative strategy and campaigns.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, or the willingness to learn them quickly.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom).

Qualifications

• BS or BA in any field, coupled with a proven track record of high performance.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Track record of high-quality work.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines.
• A drive to not settle for "good enough" and a commitment to continuous self-improvement.
