About the Role

This remote role involves assisting clients with exploring travel options, coordinating reservations, and organizing vacation details. Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with researching and coordinating domestic and international travel reservations.
- Help arrange cruises, hotels, resorts, vacation packages, and other travel services.
- Gather client preferences, travel dates, budgets, and destination requirements.
- Review reservation details to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare itineraries, booking confirmations, and travel documentation.
- Communicate with clients and travel suppliers regarding reservations and updates.
- Recommend travel options, upgrades, and additional services based on client needs.
- Maintain organized client records and follow up on inquiries.
- Stay informed about travel destinations, supplier offerings, and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple websites and online platforms.
- Professional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Interest in travel, tourism, hospitality, or customer service.
- Previous booking, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to learn and participate in available training.
