About the Role
Launch 513 is seeking ambitious, organized, and motivated individuals for an entry-level Project Assistant position in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is ideal for those interested in gaining hands-on experience in project coordination, customer engagement, business development, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the coordination and execution of retail sales, marketing, and customer acquisition projects.
- Support daily project operations to ensure client objectives and performance goals are achieved.
- Engage directly with customers at retail locations, promotional events, and community-based campaigns.
- Communicate product and service information while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Monitor project performance, customer feedback, and daily productivity.
- Collaborate with team leaders to improve operational efficiency and campaign results.
- Participate in training sessions focused on communication, sales strategy, project coordination, and leadership.
- Assist with onboarding, coaching, and supporting new team members as experience develops.
