About the Role
The Pathfinder Global Initiative is LESSO's flagship program designed to cultivate future international leaders. This program recruits enterprising young talents and trains them to become sales managers in foreign countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Undergo a six-week training in China as part of the Pathfinder Global Initiative.
- Upon program completion, return to Johns Creek, GA to serve as a Sales Manager.
- Leverage group resources to develop local business in Johns Creek, GA.
- Lead LESSO's operations in Johns Creek, GA.
- Manage a local team of 10.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Proficient in Chinese.
- Familiarity with a metropolitan area in the US, preferably Johns Creek, GA.
- Preference for candidates holding a degree from a university in Johns Creek, GA.
- Eagerness to learn and ability to quickly master LESSO products.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Potential to lead LESSO's operations in Johns Creek, GA.
- Potential to manage a local team of 10.
