About the Role
- Ensure a signature experience for every guest by greeting every guest, performing cash register functions, and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging manner.
- Provide a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays, and learning and executing LEGO Brand Retail visual standards.
- Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom by assisting in the receiving of merchandise, maintaining the stockroom to LBR standards, knowing and abiding by all safety regulations, and notifying management of potential shortage situations.
- Succeed together as a team by reaching store KPIs such as Mystery Shop, sales, and Net Promoter Score.
- Availability during weekdays, evenings, weekends, and during the holiday season is required.
