Finance Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial accounting and bookkeeping activities
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
• Process vendor invoices, customer invoices, payments, and receipts
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and MIS
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
• Monitor cash flow and expense tracking
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance
• Maintain general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Work on SAP (FI Module) for financial transactions, reporting, and reconciliations
• Maintain proper financial records and supporting documentation
• Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, banks, and vendors for finance-related activities
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

Requirements & Tech Stack

• SAP (FI Module)
• Tally ERP/Tally Prime (preferred)
• MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, MIS reporting)
• MS Office

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of experience in Finance & Accounts
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
• Hands-on experience in AP, AR, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in commerce (B.Com), Finance, or a related field
• M.Com, MBA (Finance), or CA Inter will be an added advantage
• Experience in financial reporting and MIS preparation
• Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting
• Familiarity with ERP systems and internal financial controls
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
