About the Role
Tata 1mg is seeking Apprentice Pharmacists for pharmacy operations in South and South - West Bengaluru. This is a 1-year apprenticeship role.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispense medicines accurately against prescriptions from registered medical practitioners, in line with pharmacy standards and regulations
- Manage inventory and stock levels to keep products available
- Assist customers promptly and professionally
- Support day-to-day store operations and pharmacy processes
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely availability of products
- Maintain documentation and follow operational and quality standards
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Pursuing or completed D.Pharm or B.Pharm from a recognised institution
- Strong customer service orientation and good communication skills
- Basic understanding of pharmacy operations, dispensing and inventory management
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated and a good team player
Work Schedule: 6 days per week | Rotational shifts | 9 hours per day
