Telecalling Executive

About the Role

• Telecaller for an E-commerce calling process.
• Location: Bangalore Koramangala (On-site)
• Shift Timing: 10:30 AM to 07:00 PM
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Salary: 15,000 - 17,000 per month + Incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls / handle inbound calls for e-commerce customers.
• Explain product details, offers, and order information.
• Confirm orders and follow up with customers.
• Address basic customer queries and concerns.
• Maintain call records and customer details.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Hindi language mandatory (spoken fluency required).
• Basic communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of handling calls and customers.
• Willingness to work from office.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of experience in telecalling or customer support.
• Experience in e-commerce calls / customer support is a plus.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
