About the Role

Crossing Infotech is hiring a Data Entry Intern for a full-time remote internship in India. The internship runs for 1 to 3 months. Interns work on live projects under the guidance of experienced team members.

Job Details

• Duration: 1 to 3 months
• Stipend: INR 14,500 to INR 16,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Enter data accurately into Excel, Google Sheets, and company databases from documents, forms, and other sources.
• Clean and organize data by removing duplicates, fixing errors, and formatting records correctly.
• Update and maintain existing records, ensuring information is complete and up-to-date.
• Verify data against source documents and report mismatches or missing details.
• Use Excel formulas, filters, and sorting to organize and check large sets of data.
• Maintain data confidentiality and follow company data handling guidelines.
• Prepare daily and weekly data entry and accuracy reports in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Work with the team to understand requirements and deliver tasks on time.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good typing speed with high accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets (formulas, filters, sorting).
• Basic understanding of data cleaning and data formatting.
• Good attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good written and spoken English communication.
• Candidates with a laptop or computer and a stable internet connection.

Good to Have

• Typing speed of 35 words per minute or more.
• Familiarity with VLOOKUP, remove duplicates, and data validation.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools or databases.
• Any data entry course, certification, or internship experience.

• Students and recent graduates in BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc, BCA, B.Tech, or any related field.
• Freshers interested in building a career in data management and operations.
