About the Role
Konecranes is seeking a Diploma Trainee to join their Crane Service team. In this role, you will be responsible for services and maintenance at site locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Work assignments are planned by the branch and assigned to the Trainee.
- Accept work packages and enter work against the SR/WP.
- Record faults/exceptions using Risk & Recommendation method.
- Estimate labour hours and parts cost for repairs.
- Perform Safety Review and Visit Review and record next steps.
- Consult with customers to permit informed buying decisions based on recommendations.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical
- Good written and verbal communication in English (any other language is a plus)
- Ability to work in teams
- Knowledge of MS Office
