Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end internal audits, including planning, execution, reporting and audit committee presentations.
- Evaluate internal controls, risk management and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare audit reports, working papers and actionable recommendations.
- Work with clients and senior management to drive process improvements and value addition.
- Ensure adherence to ICAI’s Code of Ethics and the firm’s quality standards.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Qualified CA with 0–2 years of post-qualification experience.
- Articleship predominantly in Internal Audit.
- Exposure to listed companies, preferably in Manufacturing and IT sectors.
- Strong analytical, documentation, reporting, and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
