About the Role

CollegeLancer.com is seeking a creative, proactive Marketing Associate to help grow its platform, build its student community, and connect with colleges, employers, and startups.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote CollegeLancer.com across social media platforms, including LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Build relationships with colleges, student communities, placement cells, startups, and employers.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase registrations and platform engagement.
• Create engaging social media posts, promotional content, and marketing campaigns.
• Identify opportunities for campus outreach, partnerships, and student ambassador programs.
• Track campaign performance, website traffic, registrations, and engagement.
• Research competitors and recommend practical growth strategies.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in digital marketing, social media, and community building.
• Creative thinking and a willingness to take ownership.
• Basic knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, content creation, or digital marketing is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a growing team.
