Junior Analyst

About the Role

As a Junior Analyst, you will support the club in evaluating and preparing data from areas such as sports, business operations, and fan management.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyzing key figures.
• Creating regular reports.
• Visualizing results for decision-makers.
• Working closely with various departments.
• Preparing presentations.
• Developing data-based recommendations for action.
• Contributing to process optimization.
• Underpinning strategic decisions with solid analyses.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Basic knowledge in data analysis, ability to structure reports, and present results clearly (e.g., using Excel or BI tools).
• Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills, structured work approach, and enjoyment of working with numbers and solving complex questions.
• Communication & Collaboration: Ability to convey findings clearly and appropriately for the audience, enjoy teamwork, and constructively coordinate with different departments.
• Organization & Self-Responsibility: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and take responsibility for own work packages.

Qualifications

• A completed degree or comparable qualification in business, data analysis, sports management, or related fields is advantageous.
• Interest in professional football and the further development of a traditional club is expected.
• This position is full-time and located exclusively on-site in the Greater Bengaluru Area.
