About the Role

Haystack, a technology company, is seeking an Associate Recruiter to join their Talent Discovery team. This role offers an opportunity to become a hiring subject matter expert across various business functions, recruiting for both technical and non-technical positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support critical roles through strategic passive talent sourcing and full lifecycle recruitment.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver qualified talent.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure an exceptional and inclusive candidate experience.
• Conduct talent mapping, competitive intelligence research, and focused pipelining.
